the narrator referred to the Praxis as Trevelyan because the story in the rose lady and the Trevelyan was same as the story of John a Pescud. according to him, in these kind of best sellers there are same stories like a high class boy fall in love with a low class girl and vice versa. John A Pescud was from low class and he failed in love with a high class girl Jessie.
