then frog is heartless because he being greedy and jealous of nightangle started using her innocence and talent to make money.

The poet calls the frog heartless because he criticised the nightingale's beautiful voice. It was such a sweet voice and yet he found fault with it. His real aim was to discredit and demoralise the nightingale so that he could rule bingle bog once again
