why does the potential end of the nail gets into the wooden plank easily??

Hi dear
It is so bcz, less is the area more pressure is exerted
So as we know that the point of nail is so small in size, that's why it get into wall easily...
By this we have to give less force, and nail goes inside the wall..
U just only understand that " less is the area more pressure is exerted "....
