Why does the skin of finger shrink when we wash clothes with soap solution for a long time?

The exosmosis takes place
the soap solution acts as an hypertonic solution and then our finger get plasmolysed

When our hands are soaked in water first due to osmosis(ⁿ in which water moves from higher potential to lower potential)so our hands swell but we can't see it but when it is soaked in water for long time due to reverse osmosis water comes out of our fingers and our fingers get shrinked
