Our skin of finger shrinks if it is contact with water for a long time because since our body has less content water compared to the surrounding due to osmosis process the water comes out and that place of the body{fingers} gets shrinked

that is not because of osmosis or natural oils in or fingers it is because our brain responds to the change in the surroundings of the finger and tries to attain grip.if u r not statisfied search on the Internet.
