Since other colours in the white colour aren't able to reach our sky... except Red. The Red hits the cloud and spreads around the sky...

The Sun appears reddish in colour because of atmospheric refraction . In the morning the Sun is at maximum distance from the Earth and light has to travel larger distance due to which short wavelength colours (violet,blue) disappears but red colour has longer wavelength which doesn't disappears and reaches to us.That's why Sun appears red in colour in the early morning.
