Why does the testies of human body hang outside the body...

Because the temperature inside the body is very high and testes need a cool and a neutral temperature. To get a cool temperature the testes are outside the body.

spermatigenesis requires less temperature than body temperature of about 2 - 2.5°C less.

hence , the testis hang outside as they require less temperature.
