it is because ,so depending on our position and speed, time can appear to move faster or slower to us relative to others in a different part of space-time. And for astronauts on the International Space Station, that means they get to age just a tiny bit slower than people on Earth. That's because of time-dilation effects.

brainliest plssssssssssssssssssssssss

amritpreet: but not even nearly equal to the speed of light unequivocally which is deemed as 3*10^8 m per sec
amritpreet: hey, what do u mean by 'escape velocity of earth'?
haiabhi: we are moving in a very slow speed eg 60 km/hr the slowing down of time is happeing but we can't understand. increase the speed we can seen that change another e.g. atomic clock in stalites time is slowing down
haiabhi: that means the minimum speed wants to escape from earth gravity..
amritpreet: I didn't get it
amritpreet: speed wants to escape earth's gravity?
haiabhi: yes
haiabhi: 11.2 km/s
amritpreet: no answer yet?
haiabhi: this speed is need to go to space
