From the beginning of time and the people are searching for a political system that will include all the different elements of State and individuals inside it. The need for such system grew after clearing colonies movement after the WWII, as we found many new countries have emerged and inside many of these emerging countries we found different nationalities, so we became in the need to a political system that will fusion all different identities in one state, and from this perspectivemany countries began to relay on the federal system and among those countries were the Arab ones.
