Hey mate here's ur answer. .
Uncle Podger offers to put up the picture because he thinks that he can do everything. Nothing is impossible for him and that no other can do it . He always suggests himself as the top member In his family . And when he takes a talk he takes an oath to complete it in any way . But the result is always negative . He doesn't have any patience and at the end of hanging the picture he ends up putting it in a slanting way .
