Why does water at 0c have higher entropy than ice at 0 c temperature?

in ice i.e, a solid have their elements packed closely not allowing very little movement in liquid elements are a bit loosely packed so they have more movement than that of a solid

so the more the movement the more is the entropy

gases have more entropy than liquids

liquids have more entropy than solids
