water boils below the 100c at hill station because as we know that a water boil at it boiling point and the boiling point depends on the atmospheric pressure. so at hill dtation the atmospheric pressure is different from the atmospheric pressure at sea level as so the boiling point differes and as the atmospheric pressure is decrease as we go up so the boiling point increase
