Why does water drys up even when its not heated to 100°c?

First I think I’ll have to say that my knowledge isn’t perfect(my English neither, as I’m an Asian). I’m sure much better answers will come up soon, but I’ll write what I know anyways. Any contradiction is welcome.
First, a simple answer.
There’s 2 different ways of vaporization. One is boiling, which happens only when the temperature is above the boiling point(at certain pressure). Another is evaporation, which happens at any temperature. Well, not any, but you can just think of it that way. Clothes dry due to evaporation, not boiling, so you can dry
