why does we feel more times toilet in winter season than in summer season?

1.Skin through the sweat via the blood and sweat glands
2.Through the bowel - via faeces
3.Through the breath some amount of comes through via the gaseous route
4.Lastly - the urine via the kidneys and through the blood going there
