White light is a combination of all colors in the color spectrum. It has all the colors of the rainbow. ... Objects appear one color or another because of how they reflect and absorb certain colors of light. For example, a red wagon looks red because it reflects red light and absorbs blue and green light.

Answer:

It contains all 7 primary colours.

Explanation:

According to the given question, we are asked why white light has all colours while other colours doesn't.

Its beacuse when all colours are combined, i.e, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet then white colour is produced. So it means that all colours are present thats why its white.

In other words answer is opposite to your question.

On the other, These 7 colours represent their own colours. If any other color; let say red is mixed with other 6 primary colours then again white will be formed.

Every colour represent their own wavelength and frequency. Wavelength of red is highest and wavelength of violet is lowest.
