why does white phosphorus catch fire even at room temprature during summers

it is because it's temperature is about 35 degree Celsius which is similar to room temperature.

White phosphorus is highly reactive, and spontaneously ignites at about 30°C in moist air.That's why it catch fire even at room temprature.
