Why don't we call democracy in Myanmar, Pinochet rule and kings of Nepal and Saudi Arabia??

DEMOCRACY MEANS THAT THE BY THE TO THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE

IT MEANS THAT ALL THE PEOPLE HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS AND THEIR FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

WHILE WE don't call democracy in Myanmar, Pinochet rule and kings of Nepal and Saudi Arabia BECAUSE IN THESE COUNTRIES NO ONE ( PEOPLE ) HAS RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO DO WORK WHAT THEIR LEADER CAN SAY .
