Because of the following reason..............
1• those children to immunity is very weak as compare to others. And there WBC is not able to fight with diseases
2• One reason can be this also thYOU. might they lives in dirty area affected with mosquitoes.
3• They are not getting proper amount of nutrition, vitamins, mineral,, from which there immunity system is not able to fight with diseases.
