- Fundamental right are the one that grant every citizen political equality. i.e freedom,equality,religious choices.
- Art 32. simply states that if any fundamental right is violated by a state body( state govt,central govt, any other company owned by state) one can file a case against them in supreme court and the supreme court has no other choice than to accept the case and investigate.
- if the right to constitutional remedies doesn't exist the state has immense power and zero accountability which resembles pre-independence period and the whole point of having a constitution is questionable
- hence art 32. gives value to constitution as it can be used against arbitrary and unjust action of state
