cold bottle have temperature less than surrounding and surrounding space have some air and you know air contains water vapour so some part of air which is closer to bottle get condensed and converted into small droplets..and as a result you can see droplets outside the bottle.

1. The temperature of the outer surface of a glass containing ice or cold water is less than that of the atmosphere.
