The droplets of water seen outside a cold water is due to the difference in temperature between the bottles and surrounding...

let's understand it in detail...

cold bottle have temperature less than surrounding and surrounding space have some air and you know air contains water vapour so some part of air which is closer to bottle get condensed and converted into small droplets..and as a result you can see droplets outside the bottle.

1. The temperature of the outer surface of a glass containing ice or cold water is less than that of the atmosphere.

2. Therefore, the excess of water vapour from the air condenses to form droplets on the outer surface of the a glass containing ice or cold water.

Hope it helps!
