We are surrounded by them; they are in the air, water everywhere. These invisible to naked eyed organisms are called microorganisms that spoil the food even at high temperature.
At high temperature, the growth of bacteria might slows down but mold can grow even at a very high temperature. They are highly resistant.
During summers, microorganisms find favorable conditions and they start growing on food and spoil the taste as well as appearance.
