It is due to the constant gravitational pull of the sun

7ABHI711: but , sir the earth orbit is not an accurate circle
tijib: yeah, see the force acts tangential to the circumference of the earth
tijib: Which results in constant accelaration
7ABHI711: it's not the but the velocity of the planet
tijib: accelaration in a particular direction is velocity, same in the case of earth's orbit
7ABHI711: sorry,it's not the force but the velocity of planets
tijib: means?
7ABHI711: is that true I learned that in the case of heavenly bodies the have constant speed but they become velocity due to change of direction

because if it doesn't spin in constant velocity the living beings inside the earth wouldn't be in stable condition. As the speed is negligible to us so it is in a constant spin thats why we are all in stable condition nd the main reason due to attractive force of sun
