Why electrons in motion has more mass than protons?

Electrons will move more than the neutrons because neutrons are innner most particle of the atom where electron are outer most particle of the atom where it can be transfered from outer shell to the outer shell from one atom to atom.
Where neutrons are held together by the centre with more forces of attraction than the electrons
Example electricity is one of the thing where electrons can be movred continously
