HI

HERE IZ UR ANSWER.

Water moves in a water cycle which is totally natural.
The water evaporates from the oceans, seas, river and other water bodies.
This evaporated water rise above due to high temperature and converts in water vapours.
These water vapours rise and forms the heavy clouds in troposphere layer of clouds.
When these clouds become overheavy, or they collide with each other, then water which is stored in them falls down in the form of rain.

This is why evaporation is responsible for rain.
After rain accumulates in water bodies, they again evaporate and this cycle continues and thats why water never decreases on earth despite the fact that only 3% of water is only which we can drink.
