why even 1 inch of human height matter even when in the universe there are planets or galaxies that are way bigger like millions , billions KMs?

Humans are nothing compared to the length, breath, height of the universe.
A galaxy is several light years huge.
The reason why it matters for humans is because it is the perception of humans since a million kilometres is way too much.
We have a average height of around 6 inches so... we can't go much further and even if we go, it will be useless.
E.g. You've a small hotel with 10 number of rooms. Now even 1 room matters since your hotel doesn't has 1000+ rooms like big skyscrapers have...
