Why factories are increasing day by day by the pollution is there is no prevention for this???????

As we know pollution is increasing day by day. We also know that the reason is human interference and also due to factories.We can prevent polluition by usinf the factories effectively so that it could not harm the environment and deplete the o3.Government should also take steps to execute the smoke to some canals i.e i mean to  dispose the smoke to a particular area so that it may not be released in atmosphere.We should also take some measures to prevent the pollution due to factories by appealing govt. to stop overusing of a factory. And i think we must transfer all the factories to a particular area so that it may not cause harn to people and many things we can do with regarding to this subject and i guess govt.will take some stepd in future:). thank you friend so that to express my feelings..
