why farmers are dying, is this a fault of government??

Yes, I think so.The government should have provided the necessary subsidy to farmers in case of bad harvests.The poor farmers might even commit suicide if unable to pay loans to the larger farmers from whom they borrowed the necessary capital . But ,the government is not paying any heed to the plight of all these farmers and is leaving them to die in the heat of the blazing sun.

Farmer are dying because they are unable to complete their need .

For dying of farmer rainfall is one reason behind that ....

But in all this condition government not support to farmers.
Government unable to complete their need.

so i think government is reason of farmers dying.
