bile juice does not contain any enzyme. Bile emulsifies fat and thus renders it available for the action of lipase produced by the exocrine pancreas.

The bile juice is secreated by the liver is to change the acidic medium of food from the stomach into alkaline medium which facilates the action of pancreatic enzyemes in pancreatic juice. The bile salts breaks down the lager gobules of fat into smaller one so as it is easy for the action of trypsin and lipase which digests protien and breaks down emulsifyed fat respectively.
