Female has lowest literacy rate because they are forced to not to go out ..In our society , people thought that it's a tradition that girls are made for only indoor works.So some of the people think that it's unnecessary to teach girls..Another reason is dowry system, ..Some people don't teach their girl child due to dowry.....
That's why female has lowest literacy rate....
