Why filament lamp is non ohmic being a heating element?

With a filament lamp, as the potential difference across it increases resistance increases because its temperature increases, giving it a non-ohmic I/V Characteristic. But, if you were to keep the temperature of the filament constant, then it would obey ohms law and would be an ohmicconductor..Apr 17, 2013
