· The reverse happened when the bus or train started suddenly, then that time our body fall backward because lower body stick with the bus so it goes forward while the upper part tries to remain in rest due to inertia

When passenger is sitting or standing in a stationary bus both the bus and the passenger are at rest.
When the bus starts suddenly the lower part of the passengers's body starts moving forward with the bus.
But the upper part of the body tends to remain in the state of rest due to inertia of rest.
As a result, the passengers tends to fall backwards.
