why food cooks quickly in pressure cooker ???

because in pressure cooker less temperature will be provided but since it will be closed pressure due to water vapor increases which increases temperature and also....since it will be tightly closed heat will not escape hence food cooks very quickly in pressure cooker

Simple and easy reason:-

In pressure cooker, food gets cooked in high pressure.

As the pressure is increased the boiling point of water is increased.

Hence water at high temperatures provide much heat to the food due to it's high specific heat capacity.

Thus the food gets enough heat for a longer time.

This makes food cooking much easier.
