Judicial independence is very important in a democracy along with free media. It helps to keep the executive and legislature accountable. The job of judiciary is to interpret Constitution and laws and make sure Executive and Legislature are making decisions based on Constitution and laws.

Because there are three branch of the government and judiciary is one of them and it is the only one who is independent and make people understood about the rules and regulations of our country.
