why frying pans have wood handles

Because frying pans conduct heat while the wooden handle are insulator of heat which do not let our hands to burn while holding.

Frying pans have wood handles because wood is a non metals. we know that non Metals are a poor conductor of heat & electricity.

So, of the handles are made of wood, it will be easier for the user to properly cook and serve the food from the pan.
