Why FUTURE CONTINUOUS SENTENCES CANNOT BE CHANGED INTO PASSIVE VOICE??

In the past the people use to change the future continuous into passive but earlier in 1956s some of the great people has stopped it

Hey friend...
In future tense we will use will be ,shall be etc in the passive voice. But in continuous the word being,been are already present in the active voice itself.
