Answer: Gandhiji withdrew the Non-cooperation movement because the movement became violent as it gained popularity. Gandhiji did not believe in violence, instead he believed in ahimsa (spirit of non-violence). The movement was against his principles ,so he withdrew the Non-cooperation movement.
