Automation and technological advances are transforming the future of work. But it is hard to work out exactly how to transform education and training programmes to match the needs of that future workplace.

Soft skills such as communication, teamwork and problem solving, however, are likely to be highly valued by employers of the future.

In the first study of its kind, the OECD’s Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) has released a reportwhich examines students’ ability to work in groups to solve problems. It ranks the findings by both nationality and gender, with Singaporean girls coming top of the class.

Girls outperform boys in collaborative problem solving in every country and economy that participated in the assessment. On average across OECD countries, girls score 29 points higher than boys. The largest gaps – of over 40 points – are observed in Australia, Finland, Latvia, New Zealand and Sweden, whereas the smallest gaps – of less than 10 points – are observed in Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru.

The findings stand in stark contrast to PISA’s assessment of individual problem solving, where boys generally performed better than girls. And analysts say the findings suggest girls are better equipped for the workplace and are more able to cope with modern ways of working.

hope it helps u,if yes the don't forget to mark me as brainliest!!!?

In today’s day and age, feminism has become more of an umbrella term. It shades a broad spectrum of definitions under an eight lettered word, varying from interpretations leaning towards misandry to explanations, leaning towards misogyny, second-wave feminism, third wave feminism and this spectrum stretches on and on.

It isn’t surprising to see so may ideologies come up under this term. For me, Feminism is not about bringing men down or establishing female domination; it is about acknowledging. Acknowledging, the differences in men and women biologically as well as psychologically. This is not to imply that one is superior to other. But merely, that there are shortcomings and strong points in both which make them compatible.

The strength of both the genders is required to turn the gears of this globe efficiently. “WOMEN ARE PHYSICALLY WEAKER THAN MEN”, I say it here. Now, as I say this statement, people will give me examples of professional women wrestlers and heavy weightlifters. Sure they’re stronger than men, men who have not trained in this field.

Women are better survivors than men with regard to their immunity, that is why a newborn girl has a better probability to survive than a newborn boy. There is a reason why women compete against other women in sports and not against men. Does this make women the “weaker sex”, undeserving of respect?

On the other hand, women show much more of emotional intelligence than men. This is because the basic structure of their brains is styled differently. But, this doesn’t ferment the idea that men cannot be teachers or women cannot be engineers; every individual brain is different regardless of their gender, apart from minor similarity that may or may not even exist.

Thus, it is unfair to deny anyone opportunities just because they belong to a particular sex. There are and always will be exceptions, but that doesn’t make them less or more masculine or feminine than another person, it simply makes them human. Hence, it is necessary to recognise these differences and use them to bring women and men to a level playing field.

An evident mistake that many people make is to believe that feminism is about establishing female domination. “FEMINISM ISN’T ABOUT DOMINATION, IT’S ABOUT EQUALITY”. It is acknowledging that indeed men have been in a privileged position for years to have come and gone, but not aim to bring them down rather empower women up to their level. Feminism isn’t about ignoring problems that are faced by men but helping them conquer it on the way. Feminism is about acknowledging the power of choice.
