▶️ President of India has right to appoint and right to disappoint of any governor of every state including Jammu and Kashmir. After the appointment of new governor of Jammu and Kashmir, just after 30 days it has been inspected legally by the Supreme Court of India because Jammu and Kashmir has special powers and rights accordingly Article 35A.
