They do show an affect on clouds mate
Let me explain you

Water of the sea or rivers accumulate to form clouds .
They are infact bags filled with water droplets
So hence because of gravity the water droplets shower down and we feel the rain

As the water droplets go on decreasing, clouds also decrease
Hence we can say Gravity also pulls Cloud and a clear example I can give is of Rain

ItsMeLuna: but it not rains every moment ,no ?
ImArnav: in europe it rains every day
ImArnav: even if you are saying that it not rains everyday, at that time clouds are not formed because of excess heat

I love answering the questions of you I atleast try to answer

the inner surface that is the core have some gravity stored in It. this helps the gravity to be paked around only the earth and nothing else not other planets, not moon we know that when we go to space we start going up because in the space the gravity is not there the surface of the Moon have not gravity present in it but in earth in the core a gravity is there that holds the full earth and people living in earth otherwise we will also start going up.
