Why h2cl- does not exist?

Cl- has 7 electrons in valence shell so by sharing one electron with hydrogen it can fill its p orbitals. So it bonds with only one hydrogen atom.

So H2Cl- is not possible.

H2Cl exists.. It's name is Chloranilic acid.
