earlier neat handwriting means something good bu nowadays fast and rushy handwriting is something in awe and nowadays they give importance to the content rather than the handwriting.

Handwriting doesn't matter now day's .People doesn't give importance to handwriting ,because about which topic we are writing the writing ideas matter ,how good things we write in it.How much we know about the topic ,how much we have the knowledge of the topic. for example in exams to our writing no one give any importance but the teachers check only our questions and read the material we have write.
