why has the indian constitution kept separate powers for the panchayat pls help fast

because only pm and there party can not rule whole country , and they did not go in each town to see everything fine , what's why

Our country is a huge one.


And that is the reason why there are different people allotted to take care different parts of the country.


Whilst the PM takes care of the national issues, the CM takes care of the state issues.


The same way, the constitution kept separate powers for the panchayat to take care of the village and gram panchayat problems.
