Why have failed to make a medicine for AIDS?

The HUMAN IMMUNO VIRUS (HIV) cause AIDS It is a syndrome which affect our immune system ones this syndrome affect any person if he suffer from common cold it will change into pneumonia or serious diseases' as immune system affected we cant recover from that situation medicines will only work if our immune system works so medicine will not work in that case of AIDS.
