Effects of smoking on swimmer or rowers or cyclist:
- Tobacco produces many chemicals into the body when we smoke.
- The chemicals includes tar, carbon monoxide and so on. The chemicals get attached into lungs which causes harmful effect to it.
- The chemicals causes lumps which lines the lungs. This makes the person to face difficulty while breathing faster.
- The swimmers, rowers and cyclist breath faster during their sports activity which is very hard for the smoking person.
