Culture is a peoples way of life, it does not rot, people try as much as possible to safeguard their culture, it is always passed from generation to generation, most cultures embrace art since art sticks and lasts forever in peoples minds compared to other forms, it is easy to pass a cultural song to a child that to just give the child theory, art is fun and it sticks to peoples minds preventing extinction of a culture.
