New rights have been appended to the list of Fundamental Rights from time to time so that residents can endure a diverse range of facilities which in the due passage of time converts into a requirement for existence with varying conditions.
For example, Right to information, Right to education, have been added from Fundamental rights in 2009. Hence, the administration is accountable for giving free and mandatory education at the primary level up to the age of 14 years. Similarly, residents have the right to get information about all common procedures for which a law has been enacted.
