Why heat added to a system at lower temperature causes greater randomness than when same quantity of heat is added to it but at higher temperature??

when heat is added to a low temperature, the heat increases extremely quickly, thus the molecular motion is high.
but when it is added to already warm temperature, the heat changes very slow thus motion of molecules is quite low
but when it is added to already warm temperature, the heat changes very slow thus motion of molecules is quite low
