WHY HELIUM IS FILLED IN BALOONS , HYDROGEN BEING LIGHTEST GAS

I think it is because helium is a noble gas, it does not react with other gases whereas hydrogen, reacts with many elements. Therefore in order to avoid reactions between the gases they use the second lightest and a noble gas HELIUM!!!!
I'm not sure if it's right but that's what I think.
