why here (-) is removed from 4/5...?
and why (-) is added in 5/8...?​

( -4/5 x 5/8) + (4/5 x -7/8)

this is the question

the product of the first term before the plus sign will give a negative answer cause there is a minus sign so that sign can be taken from 4/5 and can be given to 5/8 which doesn't change the answer that is what done in the second step

or

we can multiply one minus sign to the first so that (-) (-) =(+) for 4/5 & (-) (+) =(-) for 5/8 both are same only the answer will also be same in both the cases
