why HF cannot be stored in glass containers???? need it urgently friends......

Hydrofluoric acid, HF(aq), cannot be stored in glass bottles because compounds called silicates in theglass are attacked by theHF(aq)

Because fluorine is most electronegative element it reacts very fast
